Down (first sporadically - now completely) since about 8:30 this morning. Called in - got a 2-5 appointment for tomorrow. Then checked later 'area outage'. Checked again an hour ago: Outage report gone - appointment gone - except I am still down. Called again - got appoint re-instated after getting a bit vocal (Rep said: if area outage get's cleared the appointments get cleared... Whereto I responded how come ConEd has a computer calling you to confirm outage is resolved in cases like that - and you just close the ticket)....
