Got some rain down here, and maybe some lightning off in the distance (north from me), but nothing major. The rain we got here was incredibly minor, but then against most rain we get here is what we Oregonians classify as drizzle (really, no joke).

So it was lightning after all! I saw two bright white flashes a few minutes apart but never heard any thunder and therefore wasn't quite sure what it had been.
