Could be one of those URLs that isn't meant to be visited directly or it's no longer the correct URL. The bookmark I had for the Bandwidth Usage page was recently changed. Old one goes to a 404 page now. Might try visiting the store via the main website and see what happens. Maybe some information that needs be in the cookie is missing.

I go here when I click on Shop: »ww2.cox.com/residential/ ··· shop.cox and then there's a login slide-out kind of thing.

You shouldn't have to. I have just seen some crazy things happen if there is some sort of conflict previously. Just a suggestion and then you can spam away at the site.

If I go to www.cox.net, I get redirected to: »ww2.cox.com/myconnection ··· home.cox

The shop link there is the same one I gave earlier.

Well, after I cleared all my Cox cookies, and go to www.cox.net I get the Cox intercept page where it asks your location. After that going to cox.net redirects me and gives me the oklahoma city shop link if I click on the Shop tab. Probably have different looking pages based on your area or something.

If I actually try to login with the link you give, I get an "Ooops, we can't find that page" afterwards.
