Question about SB6141 signal page


Modem signal page
Right now I'm looking at my modem's signal page and I wonder what the numbers inside the red square (see picture) mean. Which modulation is my modem using QPSK, 16QAM or 64QAM and why is QPSK with the same number as 64QAM?
