| Question? - Wholesaling an ISP and Selling Vmedia tv? IS it possible for someone to Wholesale For example Teksavvy, Not resell but wholesale it with teksavvy and then Bundle it up with vmedia? Thus enabling their customers to have a Good Proven isp and Get Vmedia tv? -- Every time Someone leaves Sympatico an Angel gets its wings.

| That may be the Point but I don't Think there is specificly written provisions to said effect but then i do not know Might be worth looking into, I mean The ISP would be selling the IPTV it would just be a isp wholesaling another which is pretty common. -- Every time Someone leaves Sympatico an Angel gets its wings.

Besides, I don't see why you wouldn't go with Vmedia for internet. |

When they find out the real provider they'll likely reject the request or go to the actual wholesaler (TekSavvy) since apparently they require an agreement with them to provide the service. I'm not sure if there are actual peering arrangements. |

| I used to resell Teksavvy, they had an option to become a whitelabel wholesaler you run your own site do your own thing as a company and they just provide you the internet connections, So You would be rebranding , teksavvy make the agreement with vmedia with your company etc,. if no peering is required would be a slam dunk no? -- Every time Someone leaves Sympatico an Angel gets its wings.

It's not resold Bell, its GAS/AGAS agreement like TekSavvy has, they are buying the last mile access from Bell only. |

Presuming they don't ask for the IP blocks in use which I presume they would since they may open up their firewall for the ranges. Once they get the blocks and look it up on ARIN they will see it is registered and allocated to TekSavvy. |
