Far from fixed for me, while they ignore me over in the Windstream Direct forum...
The DSLAM sits in my front yard, all my levels are good. They just keep selling internet even though it cant be supported. |

I have been getting "ok" speeds since last night and no packet loss, but I'm quite confident the issue isn't "fixed" since they haven't told me so.
@Bashlin,
How long did it take them to come repair yours? Are there any tips I should take when calling them to urge them to get on the ball? I just got my Windstream bill today.. |

Called billing to get an account credit for the service issues (I was given the credit, thankfully).
The billing rep said there is an "active" order open for my area in particular to be resolved, he said it should be resolved in no later than 2 days.
He also told me that he noticed my connection was rebooted "45" times since I signed up (Which wasn't even 2 weeks ago!!). |

Another day, another lie. The issue is still there and I am now achieving a whopping 0.03Mbps (GO WINDSTREAM!). I honestly wish someone would just shoot out my DSLAM and force them to replace it. |
