[Cable] Modem Provisioning

A Rogers tech hooked up my new teksavvy service about 13 hours ago. I still have no internet. Tech support tells me it's up to Rogers to provision the modem. Is there anything I can do to make this happen faster? Or even ensure someone is working on my issue?

If it was your own modem make sure that the MAC-Address registered with Teksavvy was the right one?

If not then I guess your stuck in the waiting game.

Hi Batiatus,

You should be able to get online on the same day of your activation. It usually can take up until midnight for the modem to be provisioned. If you are still not able to get yourself online please feel free to reach out to us by phone or the direct forum.

It usually takes one hour, so something is amiss here.

What model modem, and what lights are on and/or blinking?
