Re: 10-4 Good Buddy?????

Back it down, eastbound! You got a bear in the grass in a plain black wrapper takin' pictures at 21.4!

Seriously, it's an April Fool's joke.

FWIW, the only time I've ever heard 'break' used on amateur radio, the context was "break break break priority traffic National Weather Service Taunton". What NWS Taunton [WX1BOX] was breaking was a SKYWARN net and the traffic was a tornado warning.

I've heard "ten-four good buddy" a few times on 2M and maybe once on 75M. It's usually a sure sign that someone's operating under the influence.

I've done it once or twice to be a smartass... but that's about it... It IS amateur radio, after all...

I still have an 11m in my Jeep. Mostly for out on the trail, and traveling on the highway.
