Same - dslreports.com actually doesn't load for me!

Only reason I can post this is because I'm using a socks5 proxy through my Linode server.

Dunno why using a VPN service works.

VPN service works because you're bypassing Teksavvy's route to that host.

Okay, but wouldn't switching dns servers achieve the same thing?

I'm having issues as well. Changed to google DNS, and without...same issue. Websites are taking a minute each to load...

No - DNS servers only do a hostname => IP Address lookup for you.

Route is how you actually get there.
