[XPHome] hotmail account

For the past 3 days, outlook program is part of hotmail accounts. How can the outlook option be disabled as it was previously only hotmail?

All Hotmail accounts have been "upgraded" to outlook.com, or will be soon. Unfortunately, Microsoft won't let you reverse the "upgrade".

I started using Thunderbird to 'pop' my Hotmail account when it was "upgraded". Google 'pop outlook.com settings' for instructions.
