| [Troubles] windstream high speed SLOW I got wireless high speed internet but after 3/09/13 my speed is only 0.21 MBPS if I’m lucky today I’m only 0.13MBPS I keep calling every week nobody seems to know when will they fix my internet speed, and all I got is a ticket number 120899 but no improvement so far but I still paying high speed internet and still paying for the “new equipment” to get the high speed and also paying for ROKU equipment they also sold to me, this is so unprofessional. Frustrated, I don’t know what to do worst service ever.. |
