| slow speed I got wireless high speed internet but after 3/09/13 my speed is only 0.21 MBPS if I’m lucky today I’m only 0.13MBPS I keep calling every week nobody seems to know when will they fix my internet speed, and all I got is a ticket number 120899 but no improvement so far but I still paying high speed internet and still paying for the “new equipment” to get the high speed and also paying for ROKU equipment they also sold to me, this is so unprofessional. Frustrated, I don’t know what to do worst service ever.. |

Van Buren, AR | The only fix is to cancel with them. Sadly Windstream has Oversold their bandwitch in about 80% of there market. and sadly they continue to keep doing so even knowing they cannot provide the speeds. The only thing that will fix this is people cancelling there internet through them and filing petitions with there local governments and getting the media involved like what they did in Georgia and hoping there represenatives can't get paid off which will happen. |
