I have AT+T Uverse VOIP. I can receive calls but when trying to make many local calls get a busy signal. AT+T checked my settings and everything seemed fine.
Apparently my Vtech phone is the problem. Technician came over last night and everything tested fine. Bought and AT&T cordless phone today and everything works fine.
