klbcolt join:2007-09-24 Las Cruces, NM	reply to Johkal Las Cruces, NM My performance tier speed (officially 15/3, but actually 25/3) was just bumped to 30/5. Unfortunately not a big increase because they were already giving me a better than advertised tier speed.

Replaced the modem with a SB6121 and here is the latest
