I've tried to register but got following error "Serial and MAC address mismatch"

I was able to register, I copied and pasted both the serial number and mac address from my router.

I did the same and even verified with the sticker ... all correct yet I can't get through

I succeeded in getting the activation code but when attempting to activate I get an error message "Licence key is invalid" ....

Same here when attempting to activate on my USG, but if I remember what I read correctly it is for use with their enterprise version for servers.
