I have an ONT that is attached to the outside of my home. (similar to this »www.jimgoings.com/uploaded_image···2253.jpg) Is it easy to replace the ground wire? I have a new antenna installed and the moron spliced into my ONT's ground wire with the antenna ground wire. So now I have bare wire (exposed to the elements) Also the original FIOS ground wire is attached to my electric meter, Should I leave it as is?
Thanks for any advise |

If you think that's bad, you should see the grounding wire they put in when they installed a new breaker box here -- about four feet of entirely bare wire on the outside of the house. Lots more inside, too. -- 09 F9 11 02 9D 74 E3 5B D8 41 56 C5 63 56 88 C0 |

OR wrap the entire pictured area in electrical tape? Kudos to you both! You just saved me a $100 visit from my go to electrician. |

Electricians can pull up the exact code, but ecah ground wire needs to go back to it's own connection on the main ground. Your antenna guy (what type of antenna?) needs to fix it properly. -- My horse fights with me and fasts with me because if he is to carry me into battle, he must know my heart and I must know his or we shall never become brothers. -Plenty Coups, Chief of the Crow |
