IE 10 DNT

Was wondering for those using IE 10, how many of you are using DNT as a default setting.

I have it turned on in IE10 & FF (not that I use IE10) but IMO DNT is pretty useless. It's only a request to websites and they can/do ignore it.

I've turned of DNT under IE 10 and sites do seem to load faster.

YMMV

When the Do Not Track feature in Internet Explorer is turned on, Internet Explorer will send a Do Not Track request to the sites you visit and to the third parties whose content is hosted on those sites. Sites might respect the signal or might continue to engage in activities you might view as tracking even though you have expressed this preference, depending on the sites' privacy practices.
Most sites that datamine your Browser don't care.

I already override automatic cookie handling and block first and third party cookies and allow those on sites that require cookie permissions.

TPL's work muchly well under IE 10 but don't refresh auto-majically As discussed in previous threads. »IE reborn: Internet Explorer 10 arrives on Windows 7
