IE 10 DNT

I have it turned on in IE10 & FF (not that I use IE10) but IMO DNT is pretty useless. It's only a request to websites and they can/do ignore it.

I've turned of DNT under IE 10 and sites do seem to load faster.

I already override automatic cookie handling and block first and third party cookies and allow those on sites that require cookie permissions.
