| Upstream channels not bonding My Zoom Model 5341J upstream light has been blinking blue since this morning. The instructions say solid blue light indicates channel bonding but if it continues to blink, check troubleshooting.

| Thanks.
As much as I hate to say it, last night I power cycled the modem and the blinking stopped.

| reply to dolphins I was beginning to think you guys had stock in Zoomtel and ya sold me a lemon. After all you guys talked me into Zoom over Motorola.
Gotta admit it would be easy for you guys to drive up stock by recommending it over other modem manufacturers. -- Stop The Mindless Killings Stop Over Fishing |

Gotta admit it would be easy for you guys to drive up stock by recommending it over other modem manufacturers. Well...if I owned any Zoomtel stock maybe...but it is a fine modem nonetheless!
Yes, I have this happen every so often as well. Although I simply reset it and the blinking US light goes back to solid, I really can test no speed difference either way, so I am not particularly concerned. Besides at my age I see "blinking lights" on a pretty regular basis! -- Deeds, not words |
