Rent a kimsufi dedicated server, the 2G works just fine. $15 a month. Make sure it is located in a European data centre, not in the Montreal data centre.

Setup as a seedbox, download to box, lftp from box to your computer. Can also setup a VPN on the box for whatever else you plan to do (will not have the best download speeds using it as a vpn though)

There is also usenet, but it's pretty shoddy imo compared to the quality that torrenting offers. Usenet has so many incomplete articles on older stuff and is not as good overall as torrents imo. I use both though. $25 a month for usenet & a low-end dedicated server.

I'm trying to avoid getting sued.
