My ex-boss used to get that. It didn't work locally here in Allentown, but I was able to setup a proxy server from one of our server in our data center in Colorado so when he streamed they thought he was in Colorado and it worked. 
So, unless you have a data center you can put a proxy server on, it won't work. Although godaddy and such has virtual server you can buy pretty cheap, but I think the bandwidth for the games would kill you financially. |
