Upload Speeds and ping are terrible, it's raining again
Every time it rains, I get frustrated and post. My normally slow, inconsistent service is unbearable. I've got a 431ms ping and 290k upload speed. This always happens when it rains. I've tried getting it fixed since I've been with Embarq to no avail.
