Upload Speeds and ping are terrible, it's raining againEvery time it rains, I get frustrated and post. My normally slow, inconsistent service is unbearable. I've got a 431ms ping and 290k upload speed. This always happens when it rains. I've tried getting it fixed since I've been with Embarq to no avail. |

Call CL and ask for a truck roll to see what is going on. I would not touch anything to "fix" it. Leave it broken for the tech to see what is going on. |
