It appears there is an outage. Any updates?

I'm in Orleans - Avalon and I have been without internet all night and still not back on. St Laurent PO or should I say St Laurent P.O.S

is the modem all trained up, but you can't pull an IP?

No IP this morning so I did a modem reset, unplugged for 30 minutes, this morning and still can't pull an IP.

I am on the St Laurent POI. Was working fine this morning while I was getting ready for work. Streaming music to my BBZ10.

Clark Kent - did you put a ticket? Am at work and don't know if it is back or not hopefully it fixed but am wondering if I need to call in and put in a ticket

Wow this is like 3rd day in a row of outages on this POI.

I'm surprised I haven't heard anything from my sister who is on TSI cable and served by that POI. Going to check in.

I did this morning. The Tek went threw with me with steps but did not work.

So what I did and work right after is

Cable modem I have: Motorola : SB6120
IP of modem: 192.168.100.1

1. Disconnected cable off my modem. Not the RJ45 cable. Just the coax cable.

2. Went into config and reset default settings.

3. Reboot modem and let it start up properly. Can take up 3 minutes

4. Plug in the coax cable and let synchronize.

5. Reboot router

I was UP and running.

The cable modem link light is flashing red. I have tried power cycle without success. I have Rogers cable tv and that is working fine.

Called tech support and there is message about the outage. This is disappointing because this is 3rd outage in about month (one was due to rogers digging around my neighbor hood)

I'm having a strange issue right now, I'm on cable on the St. Laurant POI. My internet seems to be mostly fine but some sites are not working. For example, if i traceroute this site »xpressit.ca/ when i get to po11.dr13.mtl.iweb.com [184.107.1.14], the next step times out. I'm having the same issue with a few other sites and I'm not sure why. I can access them find from my phone on wind mobile, anyone know if this issue is related ?

i was able to reach that site on my DSL with Start a few minutes ago but now I can't and my traceroute is dying at the same place. i can reach it from different providers tho, my guess is something is wrong at iWeb.
