| Apple can't scale. Up till now last year's model was the "cheaper model" Now they are going to try with a "new cheap" model. It won't work. People buy iPhones for the quality. At this point if people aren't buying iPhones it is because they don't want one, not because they can't afford one. The exceptions are India and CHina where Apple is getting its ass handed to it by Windows Phone and Android....but the large difference there is Nokia is producing quality and affordable phones and enough people are getting them to realize the OS really is better than iOS.
