Re: What firewall are you using that is capable of 50 Mbps? Sophos UTM 9 (formerly Astaro Security Gateway) running in a VM on ESXi 5.1. Throughput is limited to the NIC's attached.

| Juniper SSG5. Handles 100Mbp/sec with firewall, VPNs, deep packet inspection, policies, telnet or GUI, 5 LAN ports, etc.
Doesn't breathe hard with Comcast high speed services. Pretty much a steal since it is EOL. |
