Looking at a Nexus 4 right now, any slight delay is Samsung's bloated touchwiz UI. Also I use an iPad 3 and I'm sorry but apps take just as long to load if not longer.

I have no lag whatsoever. Also apple users tend to notice one slight delay in Android and say it's slow, but ignore any delay's on iOS because they believe the very outdated Android is slow meme.

Well if all you're doing is looking at it, of course it's slow.

Hate to say it but...if you have an S3 and it's "slow", you're doing it wrong.
