I've been complaining about this aspect of the industries for many years on here.
The ISPs want caps. The content companies don't want caps, but they don't really care if they can get you to buy their stuff anyway.
We just need to NOT support this type of behavior, but I feel that many of the lemmings will just consume whatever, however it is given to them without a fight.
