Sure you can violate a contract by saying something that you agreed not to say, but there's no consent involved in a gag order. |

| reply to axus To me a gag order is put in place to hide the real truth from the public when juicy stuff is being decided in court. For some reason if any case has been sealed or continued without a finding can be dug up by doing some research, but when something has a gag order, forget about it, you will never be able to see those file's. |
