Since I got my first Xbox 360s...

in 2005, I've always had an active internet connection with them when they were being used. So with the new Xbox this will be no different for me. It certainly will not affect my use.

But most likely with the new xbox, you wont be able to sell your old games. They want you to be online all the time to connect to some licensing server for your game. No internet? No gaming. It will also make it impossible lending out your games to friends.

Then they can just do something like EA, and charge a fee for the person with the used game to be able to use it.

No fee unless you're buying it used. And if you're buying it used you certainly didn't pay $60 for it like the original owner.
