Re: I vote for ticketmaster, hands down... While I sympathize for your plight, they still had to do the back-end work to get you those tickets. Was it thier fault the show was cancelled? If not, I believe they have a right to deny certain funds back. They certainly aren't the only ones who do that. | |

TMs "handling" fee, to which they even charge on digital PaH tickets, is now up to $20 per ticket depending on the price of the ticket, and is non-refundable. If possible, I buy right from the venue that the concert is to be held at, and if not, I will not deal with TM at all. | |
