If you have a physical issue in your area it would probably transfer over. The one thing I promise is that if this is the case, we would work hard to get it fixed

There's no way to know for sure...if the problem is a rented Rogers modem, for example, then switching to TekSavvy would fix the problem. If the issue is your line or your local node, then switching will not help.

What precisely is the issue with your current service? What service level do you subscribe to and what modem are you using?

My guess is that your connection problems will remain. But if you switch you'll be getting more for less, and will be doing business with a company that is fighting for your digital rights, and fighting for the communication infrastructure that will prevent shitty internet in the future. There is no reason to stay with Rogers IMO.

Also by Threatening to switch you Might light a fire under rogers bottom to fix the issue if its something specific to you and not local Node congestion etc..

Though i would prefer you Come to tek than use it as a tool to make the incumbent do their Job we sometimes have to do What we have to do if we are to get things done.

If you threaten to switch, don't say its to a Cable TPIA, they will just laugh and then lie about how it will be worse (or just say "stilll our lines, still same problems). For the cancel bluff to work needs to be another Incumbent, so say you're going to cancel to Bell.

if you have line issues, then it generally is quite worse to switch to a TPIA.

generally speaking, the only thing a TPIA can bring to the table are better caps, better customer service, and better pricing.
