100/60 mbit is waaaaay better than 150/10, as an example. Extrapolate downwards from there.

While usage, pricing, etc is determined by TekSavvy the speeds are required to be identical to the provider they're leasing from. So in Bell's area TekSavvy DSL has to have the same speeds as Bell DSL, because part of the service uses Bell's equipment.

Even if Rogers/Bell do improve upload speeds they'll never get that high. VDSL and DOCSIS are both asymmetric, there just isn't that much upload bandwidth available.

If you mean Cable speeds matching Rogers, then yes. That's in the works.

No, I mean like when you order a 150M from Rogers and do a speed test you get sometimes over 250M thanks to speed boost

Pretty sure they already have that. I often get ~35 mbps on my 18mbps subscription.
