Was it thier fault the show was cancelled? If not, I believe they have a right to deny certain funds back. They certainly aren't the only ones who do that.
TMs "handling" fee, to which they even charge on digital PaH tickets, is now up to $20 per ticket depending on the price of the ticket, and is non-refundable. If possible, I buy right from the venue that the concert is to be held at, and if not, I will not deal with TM at all. |
