| Crapcast = the biggest loser I've done business with all four of these companies and even have a BoA credit card. While I wouldn't place any of them atop a pillar, Crapcast would win my vote for the leader of the pack in this category. And not JUST because they've been a horrid company for so long and can't even make it out of the bottom four after supposedly putting forth SO MUCH EFFORT to make a difference.
It's because their customer service just plain SUCKS. Most of their employees don't know a cable from a hold in their head. Lack of training on the part of employees and on the part of admin to HIRE good employees has got to be at the base of this. I dread EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to call this company and it completely ruins my day (which normally turns into 1-4 weeks) when I have to deal with their complete incompetence.
I should say there have been a few good ones who have been able to clean up huge messes others have made, but they are tough to find. There is one employee who even helps here at BBR and does a good job. But in a sea of hundreds I've talked to, I can count on ONE HAND the number of good experiences I've had. |
