Your loop length is over 5000', and your modem is currently pulling about 11.6Mbps down. You typically see about 80% of that, or 9.3Mbps, on speed tests due to routing overhead (see »DSL FAQ »What is the 80% bandwidth / speed ). You're seeing about 9.7Mbps on your speed test, which is actually above average. If you'd like, I can have one of my techs try tweaking your line settings to try to improve the downstream; note that this may knock you offline momentarily while the changes are taking effect. |
