For our Cable Internet customers we are currently experiencing signal issues in Toronto (Bloor POI). A master ticket has been open and we are working to resolve this issue ASAP.
Also, issues in Ottawa (St. Laurent POI) are still ongoing but we do have reports of customers coming back on line and recommend trying a 5 minute power cycle of your modem to see if this may resolve your issue.
