Same here. January 2012. Build 1008 of the program. No Joy. It just sits there. Using Win 7 on Dell XPS laptop.

Okay..then it's on their end. It may be their servers. I'll send a note to the person named on the web site. They're really good about responding. Thanks for the heads up. I'll post the response once I get one.

I believe the way it works is to talk to a main host to get a list of candidate servers to use for the testing. So I'm guessing the main server is down.

The IP I see it trying to connect to is 64.9.225.142 and here's my (truncated) trace to it:
