Millenicom 4620 and Cradlepoint MBR1000

I am just about ready to order the Millenicom Hotspot package. I have done enough signal/tower research to satisfy myself that the service will work for me but I may need to connect some hardwired devices to the 4620 as they will never be capable of WIFI. I currently own and use an MBR1000 router and would like to know if there is a way to connect the 4620 to it. The Cradlepoint site is no help as the supported devices list has not been updated for a long time due to the MBR1000 being out of availability for several years now. Any advice would be appreciated. If the MBR1000 cannot be used or it is too expensive to bridge the devices, what is a fairly cheap alternative router that would connect to the 4620. Thanks,

I was facing the same problem with a hotspot package and the Cradlepoint MRB1000. You will need to get another router that supports a bridge or repeater function. Some people on these forums have used the Cradlepoint MBR95, which has the needed function as follows:

Special Feature: Use WiFi as a Data Source. “WiFi-as-WAN” mode enables the MBR95 to become a WiFi repeater (using existing WiFi to create secure connections) or use as a WiFi-to-Ethernet adapter for non-WiFi devices.

My alternative was to use an old Linksys WRT610 router which I flashed with DD-WRT firmware. Go to DD-WRT.org for instructions and a list of supported routers. I have mine set up as a repeater, so that hardwired and wireless devices in my home network are handled by the Linksys. You should be able to find a pretty cheap supported router, especially if refurbs are OK.

Thanks. That's what I expected to hear but I was hoping for some miracle device that bridged the two devices that cost less than the MBR95. I will probably go the MBR95 route eventually.
