Okay I just checked.....no known issues and it worked for me so clear your cache, close and reopen the browser as was stated above and let me know how it goes.

I know it's puzzling. It started doing this a few months ago.
Also if this helps, it won't save your username.

fyi...I tried momentarily disabling firewall and anti-virus program and set privacy to accept all cookies and lowered security and still had same problem

It worked for me? Signed in, then did a log-out. Up came a page saying it was logging me out, and on it a link if it didn't happen. A few seconds later I was logged out.

Wonder if you have a PERMISSIONS problem?

I'm on FF 19.0.2 on W8 if that matters?

In the PROFILE folder you are under is a COOKIES.SQLIGHT file, make sure it is getting updated according to the timestamp when you try to logout.

You can also check OPTIONS --> PRIVACY --> CHECK INDIVIDUAL COOKIES and search for BRIGHTHOUSE. Try DELETING all of them.

That file is 'locked' so I can't read when FF is open. Almost any program that reads SQLITE files can read it, also there is a FF add-on to do this --> »addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox···manager/, but I don't have it loaded now either, so I can't tell.
