I doubt anyone is going to post "Hey, I cheated on my taxes, whoo hoo!!!".
I think it's not so much looking for announcements of cheating, but obvious e-commerce activity (an ebay or amazon storefront maybe) for what amounts to a cash business that somehow neglected to be listed on a tax return.
