In other words, they blind called him gave him a bogus email and ignored teh DNC list (if he is on it) thus, hang up and go on with your life Toot, my guess is its all bogus and just a sorry excuse to call you up and try to either scam or sell you insurance while ignoring the laws. I'd ask for full name a number to reach them at and then file a DNC complaint.
