I Perhaps it is because I never tried to rip them off by ducking my payments that I never had a bad experience with them.
So you're saying that only people who tried to screw BofA have bad experiences with them? Did you MISS the several cases where BofA forclosed on homes that had NO mortgage whatsoever, let alone not a BofA mortgage?? Were those people trying to screw BofA?? BofA richly deserves the "Worst Company" title as its actually seriously HARMED a LOT of people over the years vs a flippin' ticket seller (ticketmaster) or a game company (EA)????? Oh well, I guess it takes all kinds to make the world go round.....
My violin plays for the dead beats. The one in a million actually harmed by any bank is free to sue them just as if they were harmed by anyone else. And before you start whining about arbitration, arbitration doesn't protect a bank against conversion and there is no arbitration if there is no mortgage agreement.
