VDSL Estimated Loop Length vs Approx. Distance

Cellpipe reports:
VDSL Estimated Loop Length 650 ft
G.Hs Estimated Near End Loop Length 900 ft
G.Hs Estimated Far End Loop Length 400 ft

Whereas Teksavvy quoted:
Approx. Distance of 1.2km (3950 ft)

What does each represent?
Are those DSLAMs located in my condos telecommunication basement room?

Note the word 'Estimated' it's the modems best guess based on lines stats.

Unless some one digs up your telephone line, follows it around. And then measures it. It's all educated guess work as to probable length.

3950 vs 900, is a big discrepancy, and they are both estimated

is it possible that 900 is from me to the basement of the condo and 3950 is the from the basement to the DSLAM on the street?

Teksavvy uses the formula of:

(Downstream Attenuation + Upstream Attenuation) / 18 = Estimated Loop Length.
