What does each represent?

| Note the word 'Estimated' it's the modems best guess based on lines stats.
Unless some one digs up your telephone line, follows it around. And then measures it. It's all educated guess work as to probable length. |

3950 vs 900, is a big discrepancy, and they are both estimated
is it possible that 900 is from me to the basement of the condo and 3950 is the from the basement to the DSLAM on the street? |

Teksavvy uses the formula of:
(Downstream Attenuation + Upstream Attenuation) / 18 = Estimated Loop Length. |
