[Tomato] [Tomato] giving wireless priority over eithernet ports

Ok, so I have a Linksys WRT54GL with Tomato 1.28 running on it. I want to be able to limit the speed of the Ethernet ports because all the video streaming devices are hardwired with Ethernet cables to the router. All I want to do is give wireless priority really and maybe give all the Ethernet ports a class rating and limiting how much they can download. Is this possible? Or is there another firmware I can put on my router that will do this better?

Set static ip's throughout your network, by going to the DHCP/ARP/BW option under Basic settings, then use B/W Limiter under the QOS options to limit traffic by ip, or set priority.
