I added a whole bunch in St. Cats and Niagara Falls.
I would recommend a third colour for unknown boxes, and maybe even a fourth colour if anyone is willing to identify fibre-related infrastructure in FTTH areas.

This Google Maps realization is great and more simplified than my initial outline.
Here is my contributions for the day:
1. Remove 27 McIntosh drive (I've checked it first hand and there are only JWI's and JWI's behind it , silhouette appeared to be Stinger/7330 from the sides).
Okay, here's my massive contribution: a handful of remotes in the neighborhoods just West of Yonge & Sheppard. I'm uncertain how to identify certain types, so I 'll leave it up to you guys.
(The one on Radine Road has what's definitely a small stinger remote attached to the backside of the big telephone box, but you can't see it in Street View. I don't know what the smaller box on the left is.)

Thanks. I was getting tripped up because stinger boxes aren't all 100% identical, but I guess they do have pretty much the same design, even if they vary slightly in width and/or height. The 7330's are distinctly larger. Catch is, I've seen Bell technicians working with the bulky grey boxes and the tall/narrow grey boxes too. But perhaps those aren't relevant here. Anyway, feel free to delete/modify my additions accordingly.
Changed 2 to 7330s, deleted 1 as a Rogers local node, deleted 1 as just a telephone interface, and left a bunch as unknown as I couldn't tell what they were.
All of this info is pretty useless unless you know the DSA's they serve. It's not like you can take a marker and assume a perfect circle of X number of km's of coverage.
Nor do you know the gauge of the cable running through the area, which also heavily impacts the coverage area and quality of service.
Even without the DSA or knowing where the wire runs it can still give you a decent idea of what you're looking at. In that regard it's far from useless.
I'm not sure if Telcodata.us is accurate since I've checked a CO located in Richmond Hill and it turns out from Street View it's a Canada post office. Same goes for a few other CO's I've seen in Street View.
I think the idea of adding CO's to the map is also a good idea. It shows the general area and where the fiber branches from the CO to the Remote.
