[Connectivity] Zoom 5341J signal levels

I recently upgraded my SB5120 modem to a Zoom 5341J modem. How do these signals look? One thing I've noticed with this new modem is that the blue US light would change from solid to constantly blinking every few days. There aren't any noticeable connection issues when this happens, but is this something common with this modem?

Your signal levels are not balanced properly. From channel to channel you have too much variation. Your Upstream is below recommended.

Call Comcast.

Others have reported the blinking upstream light before. I don't remember if there is any official reason as to what it means.

That said, your upstream is unusually low. I guess if it works, it's OK.

According to the manual, blinking blue means it's negotiating a bonded channel. Solid blue means one or more channels are bonded.

For me, resetting the modem back to factory defaults using the recessed reset button on the rear cures the blinking upstream light by forcing the modem to re-range for all of the operating parameters.
