Lately Youtube vids will consistently stop loading after about 30-45 seconds. Part of the vids load find and then bandwidth from YT then drops so slow or stops that the vids can't continue playing. I used to be able to watch 720 vids without problem, but know can't even get to 1 min of 240 videos.
Is Winsdstream known to be throttling Youtube? This seems to be specific to Youtube.
I doubt your YouTube speeds are being throttled. You're probably not maintaining a good download speed. Have you checked the speed you're receiving? Also, will this happen on all computers, phones on WiFi, and tablets? It could also be an issue with the computer itself.
