[Serious] Distributel down in East Toronto (Beach area)
We have been down since March 25, as has a friend in the area who is also on Distributel. After many phone calls, a new modem, a new line in the house, we are still down. If anyone else is impacted please message me so I can link your ticket to our tickets. We are feeling like ping pong balls between Distributel and their "last mile" provider Rogers. Distributel and Rogers need to work better together to resolve such issues.
