The tech just left after pulling two filters from my line at the
hub pedestal. (the green box outside the house).
Thought I would pass along a tidbit of info at least for San Jose. He said that when Comcast upgraded everybody they had to switch a lot of frequencies around which in turn caused issues like mine. After he removed the filters the line stats are like this now:

So if you have been upgraded I would check your signals even if you are not experiencing issues.
According to the tech they are very busy pulling filters and checking lines due to the speed upgrades at least in San Jose.
