Don't request a tech just yet. Have them provision the modem again. Don't just "confirm" it was done correctly. If that doesn't work Tweet @ComcastCares . They'll get it resolved extremely fast.

Yesterday i had Home phone installed so they replaced my SB6120 with a ARRIS TG862, When i had the 6120 i got around 55 Mbps down and 11 Mbps up, but with the new TG862 i only get around 7Mbps down and 8 Mbps up. i have called and they have confirmed that my account and gateway was provisioned for the new speed upgrades of Blast 50 Mbps. Can anyone give me advice to fix this problem?
