Saint Clair Shores, MI | CC is bad is some markets, not so bad in others Well, thought they are pricey like Verizon for their services and nickel dime you to death. I've never had anything bad to say about their customer service. They are just overpriced and fee you at every turn for every little thing. They just opened a new service center by me and till that, that's been my only real gripe. I have BOA and again, maybe it's how much you keep in their safes but we have never had issues with them and they have always treated us well (alerts, fee's waved, etc). Sprint should be there because, well, most Sprint CSR's are just stupid. They do not know much of anything about the company or how their service works. They can't even take a dump without escalating it to the next level. And having worked for the company for 10 years (till 3 years ago), I can just say they are an embarrassment to the company.  |
